The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was fairly good with a range of options to choose from.
The hotel itself could use some updating. The room was not very clean, and the decor was old-fashioned.

The hotel had a great location just by the lakeside , made for a romantic getaway. The cleanliness level was excellent and the staff were friendly. The breakfast selection was varied and had something for everyone. the hotel had good parking facilities.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location right next to the lake was breathtaking and perfect for a romantic getaway. Waking up to the stunning view of the water was absolutely amazing. The hotel's service was outstanding, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities we could ask for. We particularly enjoyed the cozy bar and the extensive breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of delicious food. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

What an amazing New Year's experience! the spa and indoor swimming pool truly were fantastic - perfect for unwinding after the festivities. the complimentary shuttle bus was a great perk, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surrounding area. Plus, the stunning views from our room were simply breathtaking.
The evening meals were quite disappointing. the food did not live up to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel and felt rushed and over-crowded.
